Policy

Trip is not recommended for far-gone people, pregnant women, children under 1 year and people suffering from any medical or physical disability. Any extra transfer charge will depend on your location.

Timing

The itinerary and timing above are approximate and may be modufied without notice to fit the tide and local weather condition.

Bookings

When a booking is successfully placed (which is evidenced by you receiving an instant confirmation email from us), you agree to make payment of the agreed booking price via PayPal, to a specified account.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Thai baht (THB) and include tax. Prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Cancellation Policies

• No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 21 day(s) latest by 6:00 PM prior to Service Date.
• Cancellation made between 14 day(s) and 20 day(s) will be charged 50% from the total amount of reservation for both room and diving.
• Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 13 day(s) will be charged 100% from the total amount of reservation for both room and diving.
• No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of reservation.
• Any case of refund is subject to deduction of bank commissions occurred for remittance.
